الكشك هو منتج تقليدي لبناني مصنوع من مزيج مُخمر من لبن الماعز، البرغل، والملح، يتم تجفيفه  وطحنه ليصبح مسحوقًا ناعمًا. يتميز بنكهته الحامضة ويستخدم بشكل شائع في المطبخ اللبناني.
